backgroundchecks.com has received an American Inhouse Design Award from Graphic Design USA for their advertising series “…Really Does Matter.”
The award-winning ad series was designed to sell backgroundchecks.com’s multi-jurisdictional criminal records database, known for being one of the largest and most integrity-driven databases in the industry. The ad series was tongue-in-cheek, contrasting a Great Dane (to represent backgroundchecks.com) with a pack of Chihuahuas and Dachshunds (to represent the competition) and utilizing headlines like “Size Really Does Matter.”
“The marketing team worked hard to put together an ad that makes us stand out from the crowd,” said Craig Kessler, president of backgroundchecks.com. “We’re excited that we can now say that our award-winning marketing team will be working on our upcoming partners and reseller portal, due out this summer.”
The team will also be contributing to template and marketing efforts for backgroundchecks.com partners and resellers.
To qualify for the award, companies must have created the winning submission in-house between May 2011 and May 2012. The American Inhouse Design Awards, which are featured in the July|August 2012 issue of GD USA, provide a unique opportunity for in-house designers to be recognized for their talent, for the special challenges they face, and for their contributions to their businesses and institutions.
