Accessibility Statement

We have taken into consideration all of the common, as well as most of the uncommon, best practices for making a web site accessible. These practices include, but are not limited to:

  • Appropriate alternate text for images which carry significant meaning.
  • Careful consideration of color blindness with regards to visual design and color selection.
  • While use of JavaScript does provide an enhanced experience, all content should be accessible with JavaScript disabled.
  • Careful consideration and understanding of the user experience with non-traditional browsers including text-only browsers and screen readers.
  • Links include "title" attributes where the text of the link doesn't adequately describe the target of the link.
  • Whenever possible, links are written to make sense out of context. Many browsers (such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx, and Opera) can extract the list of links on a page and allow the user to browse the list, separately from the page.
  • This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.
