US Sex Offender OneSEARCH Instant

For those who want a Sex Offender Registry search and want it quickly, we offer just the sex offender information that's contained in US OneSEARCH. You'll get information from 49 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and Guam with photos when available.

Single State OneSEARCH Instant

This search contains criminal record information from various reporting agencies throughout a single state. Examples of sources that may contribute data are Department of Corrections, Administration of Courts, county courts and sex offender registries within a state.

Multi-State OneSEARCH Instant

If you only want to search part of the United States, we offer regionalized packages of US OneSEARCH. You get the same quality data from counties, states and sex offender registries, but can custom design your search to include up to 5 states.

National Security OneSEARCH Instant

Our National Security OneSEARCH provides an instant database search of 29 National and International lists such as the Office of the Inspector General Health and Human Services Exclusions List, Office of Foreign Assets Control Specially Designated Nationals List, Interpol Fugitives List and FBI Most Wanted List. These lists include individuals involved in terrorist activities, money laundering, illegal imports, fraud against government agencies, violations of federal banking regulations and fugitives from justice.

US AliasSEARCH Instant

US AliasSEARCH is a multi-faceted search that combines US OneSEARCH with the known aliases provided from a SSN trace. With a name, date of birth and SSN, we report the state and the approximate date of issuance of the SSN. We then run the SSN through the Death Master Index. Next, we run a SSN trace to obtain a list of alias names, including maiden names. We then use this information to make a final pass through our US OneSEARCH criminal database.

Single State AliasSEARCH Instant

Single State AliasSEARCH combines a Single State OneSEARCH with the known aliases provided from a Social Security trace.

Multi-State AliasSEARCH Instant

Multi-State AliasSEARCH combines a Multi-State OneSEARCH with the known aliases provided from a Social Security trace.

County Criminal Search Average Turnaround Time: 1-3 business days

This is one of the most powerful tools for uncovering criminal records. Since law enforcement agencies report felony and misdemeanor charges, a county criminal search is where a record is likely to be filed. Our researchers handpick information from courthouse records in every county in the United States. All county criminal searches go back a minimum of seven years and include felonies and misdemeanors. Some court fees apply.

Statewide Criminal Search Average Turnaround Time: Varies by State

A statewide search will yield information for all counties in a given state. While all counties are supposed to report to the state level, there can be instances where a conviction has been recorded at the county level, but not yet at the state level and some counties never report the information. The determination of when to conduct a statewide search is dictated by each customer. With statewide information being unavailable in some states, BGC would be unable to conduct a search. In those instances, you decide to conduct a county or multi-county criminal history search.

Ongoing Criminal Monitoring

Monitoring is used in conjunction with any of our instant criminal searches. We will continuously scan a name and date of birth for one year and alert the user to any new crimes that appear. This product is an invaluable tool for companies that require ongoing investigations on current employees, tenants and volunteers and a great supplement to our Nationwide Criminal Search.
