Conduct thorough research on court cases to ensure FCRA compliance at the local, state, and federal level
Analyze court records and documents to determine the accuracy and completeness of consumer reports
Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for the legal team and clients
Work closely with compliance and legal team to ensure compliance with FCRA and other relevant laws and regulations
Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to FCRA and consumer reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research activities and findings
Contribute to team efforts by completing any projects as assigned
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
Ability to utilize established resources and think outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain confidentiality and security rules in all aspects of the job
